Assistant Salon Manager

We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-friendly *Front Office Salesperson* to be the face of our salon. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, and promoting our services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

*Key Responsibilities:*

•⁠ ⁠Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere

•⁠ ⁠Handle front desk operations including appointment scheduling, calls, and walk-ins

•⁠ ⁠Communicate clearly and professionally in English with all customers

•⁠ ⁠Knowing Hindi is an added advantage and will help in interacting with a wider client base

•⁠ ⁠Understand salon services and actively *upsell* treatments, packages, and products based on client needs

•⁠ ⁠Handle payments and maintain records with accuracy

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth workflow and customer service

•⁠ ⁠Handle basic customer queries and complaints with a problem-solving attitude

*Requirements:*

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in front office or sales roles (preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in *English; knowledge of **Hindi* is an added bonus

•⁠ ⁠Strong selling and customer relationship skills

•⁠ ⁠Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and confident

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, appointment software, etc.)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
