Roles & Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:

- Develop and deliver high-quality courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

- Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment that stimulates student learning.

- Stay updated on industry trends and practices to ensure curriculum relevance.

- Supervise student research projects, theses, and internships in logistics and supply chain management.

Research and Scholarship:

- Conducted and published original research related to logistics and supply chain management in reputable journals.

- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners on research initiatives and projects.

- Present research findings at national and international conferences.

- Seek external funding opportunities for research projects.

Advising and Mentoring:

- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, guiding them in their academic and professional pursuits.

- Offer career guidance and support for students seeking internships or employment in the logistics and supply chain fields.

Qualifications

Education

- A Ph.D. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

- **Experience:**

- A minimum of 5-7 years of academic experience in teaching, research, and service, preferably in a university setting.

- Practical industry experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is highly desirable.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of the latest theories, practices, and technological developments in logistics and supply chain management.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in using various teaching methodologies and technologies.

- A proven track record of scholarly publications and research funding.
