Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Amritsar. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with different departments. Duties also include scheduling shifts, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Production management experience, including knowledge of production processes and quality control Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with different departments Experience with scheduling and maintaining production schedules Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production environment Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field Experience in the Ready to eat industry is a plus.
