Assistant Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at our institution, your primary responsibility will be to increase student enrollment numbers by setting annual targets and developing strategies to meet or exceed them in coordination with relevant authorities. You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the institution's goals, encompassing both online and offline marketing efforts. In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing the institution's brand image and visibility within the education sector. It will be essential to stay informed about market trends, competition, and student preferences through regular market research to identify opportunities and threats. Managing the institution's online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and online advertising campaigns, will also be part of your responsibilities. Utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing effectively to reach potential students is crucial. Developing high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and implementing lead generation strategies to capture potential student inquiries will be key aspects of your role. You will be expected to oversee the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI, monitor expenses, and track the performance of marketing initiatives. Collaboration with other departments such as admissions, academic departments, and administration to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts is essential.
