Job Description

Formulating training plan, discussing with business, calendar, maintaining training records, training aids, update of training syllabi, assessments for FLS,DET,GET,PGET Programmes. Updating training records in Success factor.
Maintain and upkeep of classrooms, record financials, and logistics, coordinate with external and internal stakeholders. Maintenance of laboratories and infrastructure development. Looking after finance and administrative activities, which includes Revenue/Capital budget tracking, Employee welfare, and Co-ordination for Purchase order. Debit tracking, Asset Management, Welfare of trainees. Maintain all Mechanical related labs and extend training support, support expansion of labs, repairs, and building maintenance. Extend the infrastructure support for BU-directed programs.
