Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure OTD Machine shop CNC Cutting & Bending Machine
To continuously Improve CNC cutting yield with effective nesting program
To reduce Machine Hour cost CNC cutting machine
To ensure Machine wise autonomous maintenance
To improve Machine up time (CNC Cutting & Bending)
To ensure on time production order closing
To ensure Shop floor 5S
To drive Daily Work Management in the production floor
To reduce Nesting program time and developing nesting standardization
To ensure Operator morale & Training
To establish closed loop system from MRP to Nesting to Order Release to Cutting to stock updating
To define and deploy suitable system for identification and traceability of Cut parts

Preferred candidate profile

Sigma Nest / Metallic Nesting

Delem CNC Bending machine

Drawing study / Man & machine management

Good in Presentation and communication

TPM, TQM & 5S Knowledge

SAP or Equivalent MRP Knowledge
