Roles and Responsibilities Daily sales outstanding to be reduced under control as per credit period of the customer. Issue credit note after verification Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit control, and collections. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments through bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (Tally) and perform regular reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable transactions.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential customers (e.g., hospitals, clinics, private practices, distributors) and creating a pipeline for new business opportunities. Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare providers, distributors, and purchasing departments. Account Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Forecasting: Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to predict sales performance and plan effectively for future growth. 2.
