Assistant Manager Production

To prepare the milk and milk products with good quality

Prepare the batches as per market requirements

Planning of milk availability for dispatches

Ensure to complete all the works withinin the stipulated time

Ensure the preparation of batches of milk and milk products with out any loss

Manpower mgt and manpower cost

To see the tanker movement

To complete the works as per schedule with low costing

To ensure proper usge of chemicals

To Ensure the quality and quantity of milk and milk products

To ensure minimal wastage of film and leakages in packing section

Maintain Film Yield as per SOP

Maintain hygeinic conditions in the plant premises

To see 100 % market supply as per requirement

To moniter final product temperatures

Reduces the losses in plant

To ensure the diaptches of all vehicles as per scheduled time

To supervise company planning and development policies for committies

To monitor all invoices and evaluate all deliverables and monitor all shortages and also prepare reports for appropriate perssonal

To maintain and ensure optimal levels of customer services

To reduce the products handling loses

To monitor the proper utilization of packing material with out any wastage

All milk and milk products disptaches should be completed as per the scheduled time with out any devaition

Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies

To Conduct the review meetings every month for operators and executive level staff

Proper production planning for avoiding the dispatches delays

Attend various legislative sessions and formal function to represent an organization
