Job Duties: To fulfil production job shop requirement by aid of CNC machines and to manufacture spare parts, on vertical milling center (VMC - 3 & 5 Axis) Programs mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs. Also, via CAM software Preferred candidate profile /Job Requirements: - Completed bachelors degree or Diploma in the field of mechanical engineering or ITI tradesman / foreman with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing industry - Knowledge of machine operation, CNC program, FANUC, Heidenhan, SIEMENS, Mazatrol. - Reading of drawings with understanding of angle of projection - presetting of tools and holders for CNC machines - knowledge of measuring instruments, special operations hand tools operation deburring, etc., - Checking of the regular electrical and mechanical maintenance requirement of the CNC machines like compressed air, coolant usage and change - Willingness to take responsibility and independence as well as a team-oriented way of working. FOR OUR PLANT IN BANGALORE, We are looking FOR A CNC Machine Operator Turn Mill (Production) m/f/d Your tasks: - Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). - Programs mill turn by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs. - Sets-up mill turn by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads. - Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position; Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards. - Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. - Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. - Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. - Documents actions by completing production and quality logs. - Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. FOR OUR PLANT IN BANGALORE, We are looking FOR A ASSISTANT MANAGER - PRODUCTION Summary: Overseeing / coordinating all aspects of the production process, to fulfil production job shop requirement by aid of CNC machines for manufacture spare parts, mould repair, new mould manufacturing with set guidelines and quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to drawing and specification standards Coordination and guidance to the support staff production operators and supervisors for smooth running of the machines and effective output / checking efficiency of Machine data and appropriate cycle time of parts and production cycle time efficiency Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; initiation of sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
