PEX role and process engineering. This role focuses on cost reduction, performance enhancement, and compliance with SLAs. Job Location: Mumbai, Bhayandar Job Expectation: Expected work hour window 1730 – 0230 AM IST Workdays: 5 days Workoffs : Weekends Minimum Qualifications : Education : Required - Six Sigma Certified (Black Belt) Experience : 3+ years in a similar role Tools Proficiency Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma tools and process excellence Desired Qualifications: Process Optimization – Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in overall operations. Quality Improvement – Use Six Sigma tools to minimize defects in customer service, data processing, and transactions.
