Job Summary:

  • The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in daily operations, supervises staff, ensures smooth workflow, and helps meet business goals.
  • This role involves both administrative and team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in planning and executing departmental goals.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and analyze performance data.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, resources, or budgets (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree , Management, or related field.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,372.99 - ₹17,965.10 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
