Assistant Manager- MIS and Technology

The Assistant Manager MIS & Tech role at Dhwani Foundation (DF) involves providing technical and professional expertise for the MIS & Tech Program. Your main responsibilities will include Requirement Analysis, Testing, Implementation & Support of cloud-based software products developed for NGOs in the social sector. It is expected that you have a general understanding of technology and software development. Your duties will include developing knowledge of various cloud-based solutions provided by Dhwani, engaging with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions, training NGO staff on using the software, identifying product feature gaps and documenting requirements for development, researching existing software for new features, participating in architecture & design discussions, testing software releases, participating in marketing activities, and training new team members. The desired qualifications for this role include a Graduation or above in Computer Science or Computer Applications, at least 5 years of experience in using and implementing cloud-based software, a technology-oriented mindset with knowledge of newer trends, self-driven with the ability to take full responsibility for implementations nationwide, mentoring skills, exposure to the social sector (a plus but not mandatory), working knowledge of Tamil and English, and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
