Job Purpose:

The Collection & Legal coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting/managing all the legal process to be utilised in coordination with stakeholders of Legal Department.

This role ensures managing and providing various relevant data cuts and MIS(Through team) and assisting Manager in coordination and arranging review with various regional/zonal/area stakeholders of collection team for increasing collection efficiency..

The Collection & Legal Coordinator collaborates closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams, administrative and operational support to the legal department, assisting with legal documentation, case management, and communication between internal teams and external legal counsel etc.

Key Responsibilities:Identifying clients for legal recourse exposure based on pre-defined parameters in discussion with Manager.

Ensure coordination with Legal team for sending letters timely/arranging Lok Adalat/Recon Camps etc.Ensure proper distribution/execution of letters/camps in coordination with various regional/zonal/area stakeholders.

Assist in compliance with company policies and relevant laws regarding debt collection.To visit critical centres with field team (On requirement basis) for representing legal measures in case of nonpayment.

Assist in maintain manpower budget/requirement on regular basis in coordination with HR team and Collection team.Arrange regular manpower review between HR team and Collection stakeholders to optimise hiring efficiency.

Assist in support for various technical/operational issues of ground team like creating ids , managing allocations in track od or any other issue which required coordination with inter department stakeholders.

Ensure Maintenance of accurate records/data of collection activities as guided by Managers.Assist in developing collection strategies through review various data analysis/reports.

Review & converting data received from our data/MIS executives in presentable required formats and also to create presentations for various reviews.

Coordinate communication between legal teams, clients, and external counsel wherever required.Prepare reports and presentations for legal reviews and meetings.

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bachelors degree in law shall be an added preference.
