Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Indore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves managing resources efficiently, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing timely and accurate reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Project management and operations management skills
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and resource management
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Experience in the energy sector is a plus
