Hexaware BPS hiring for "Assistant Manager Operations - Sales" Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Role Overview: The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes within the insurance sector, focusing on outbound and inbound sales. Responsibilities include leading a team of 50-60 members, driving sales through upselling and cross-selling, and using advanced MIS skills to analyze performance and improve sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 50-60, setting objectives and providing feedback. Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies. Utilize MIS to generate and analyze sales reports. Optimize dialer systems for outbound campaigns. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Conduct regular training and workshops for team members. Ensure excellent communication in English and Hindi. Monitor team leaders' performance and support them. Collaborate with other departments for seamless sales processes. Implement quality assurance and maintain customer service standards. Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in insurance sales (outbound/inbound). Proven experience managing a large team (50-60 members). Strong analytical skills and advanced MIS proficiency. Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Experience in digital/online sales is a plus. Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
