Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist -Sales & Insurance HiringLocation- HyderabadDepartmentHuman ResourcesReporting ToTalent Acquisition Lead / HR Business PartnerRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 78 years of hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in hiring for roles such as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Insurance Advisors/Executives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and an ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring requirements across B2C/B2B sales and insurance verticals.Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding for frontline and mid-level sales and insurance roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent within timelines.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Use innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, recruitment agencies) to build robust pipelines.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct detailed screening interviews to evaluate candidates on sales acumen, insurance product understanding, and behavioral fit.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closure: Drive the offer process including negotiations and pre-joining engagement to ensure high offer-to-join conversion.
  • MIS & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, track key hiring metrics, and share weekly reports on recruitment status and pipeline health.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company positively during campus events, job fairs, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, background verification protocols, and recruitment policies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 7 to 8 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years dedicated to sales and insurance hiring (agency or in-house).
  • Industry Preference: Prior experience hiring for BFSI, Insurance, HealthTech, or Consumer Tech sectors preferred.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (e.g., Darwinbox, Zoho Recruit), and Excel dashboards.
  • Competencies:
  • - Strong stakeholder and candidate management
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication
  • - Target-oriented with the ability to manage high volumes
  • - Deep understanding of sales KPIs and insurance-specific hiring nuances

Educational Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldPreferred Attributes

  • Exposure to hiring across multiple locations in India
  • Ability to analyze talent market trends and advise business on hiring strategies
  • Hands-on experience in managing recruitment drives and walk-ins
