Job Title: Assistant HR Manager / Senior Executive HR Operations Department: Human Resources Location: Vasai (Pickup & Drop Facility from Vasai, Nalasopara and Virar Station) Experience Required: 5 plus Years (HR Generalist Role) Factory Experience Preferred Industry Preference: Manufacturing ( Not Mandatory ) Salary: up to 7 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off as per company calendar) Working time : 9 to 5.30 pm Reporting To: HR Manager / Head HR Career Stability: Expected across all prior roles Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant HR Manager / Senior Executive HR Operations with 5 plus years of HR Generalist experience , ideally from the manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate should have worked in a factory setup and demonstrate career stability across prior roles . This position is based in Vasai and includes pickup and drop facility from Vasai Station . Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Attendance Management: Process monthly payroll using Excel and HRMS systems. Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policy. Statutory Compliance & Documentation: Coordinate with consultants for compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. Draft and issue HR letters, certificates, and internal communications. Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation. Handle exit formalities, final settlements, and exit interviews. Employee Records & MIS Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated employee data, salary structures, and personal files. Prepare and present HR MIS reports attrition, headcount, manpower cost, etc. Performance Management System (PMS): Support the appraisal process through timely data collection and documentation. Ensure performance reviews are completed as per schedule. Employee Engagement: Conduct employee engagement initiatives like surveys, events, and recognition programs. Contribute ideas to improve retention and job satisfaction. HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date HR documentation in line with audit requirements. Implement and support HR policies and process adherence. Position : Software Tester Location : Vasai Type : Full-time, On-site Experience : 1-2 years Salary Range : 2 – 4 LPA Job Overview : We are seeking a Software Tester with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications through manual and automated testing. You’ll work closely with developers to identify issues, report bugs, and ensure the best possible user experience. Key Responsibilities : Perform manual and automated testing on software applications. Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track defects in the testing process. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality software delivery. Ensure that software meets business requirements and quality standards. Assist in developing and maintaining test documentation. Perform end-to-end testing to validate product functionality and user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for testing and quality assurance. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc). 1-2 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated). Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance). Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA , TestRail ). Understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., Java , JavaScript , Python ) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium , JUnit ). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
