Globally Manavya Foundation is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to the holistic development of rural and marginalized communities in India. Our mission is to empower rural India through education, healthcare, and self-reliance so that every life can be lived with dignity. We operate in various sectors including education, healthcare, environmental conservation, livelihood empowerment, climate change action, women empowerment, and child rights. Our head office is located in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Sonbhadra. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the foundation, including organizing events, managing schedules, handling communication, and maintaining records. Additional tasks include assisting in the coordination of health camps, education programs, environmental initiatives, and skill development workshops.

Qualifications

Organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
