Job Description

Position will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the client base within the assigned region. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the coworking and flexible workspace industry. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key sectors, companies, and decision-makers. Lead the sales team in executing outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to sales executives to enhance their performance and skills. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to foster long-term partnerships. Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Analyze sales data and market conditions to refine sales strategies and approaches. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities and challenges. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales performance, and revenue forecasts. Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to align sales forecasts with business planning. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights for product development. Contract Management Oversee the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage contract renewals, extensions, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.,
