Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

The position you are applying for is responsible for overseeing food and beverage/culinary operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, maintain standards, and achieve financial goals. You should possess a high school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major along with 1 year of experience in the relevant field is also acceptable. Your core work activities will include creating a motivating and teamwork-oriented environment, providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to employee and guest concerns, coaching staff, setting service expectations, addressing guest complaints, developing relationships with guests, complying with corporate accounting procedures, and assisting the GM with annual Quality audit.
