Job Opening: Assistant Executive (Admin + Business Development) – Female Candidates Preferred

Company: Urvy Engineers and Infrastructures
Industry: Construction | Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings | Civil Construction | Heavy Engineering Projects
Location: Based in North India – Extensive travel required to project sites across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, NCR, etc.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on relevant experience) + Attractive Incentives (on business development)
Experience: Minimum 6 years (preferably in the Construction / Real Estate sector)
Qualification: Any Graduation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, dedicated, and dynamic Assistant Executive (Female) who can independently handle daily administrative tasks, assist in business development activities, and travel to various project sites. This is a multi-functional role ideal for a passionate professional looking for long-term association and growth within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development (No Sales Target)
  • Identifying upcoming construction projects
  • Introducing our company’s services to prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks
  • Daily coordination with ongoing project sites
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and follow-up notes
  • Assisting in official meetings and documentation
  • Site Visits & Client Meetings (Non-negotiable)
  • Frequent travel across North India for project visits & client interactions
  • Provide updates, collect project requirements, and represent the company
  • Learning & Training
  • Technical training will be provided to candidates from non-core backgrounds

Important Notes:

  • This is NOT a sales job. There are no targets; however, handsome incentives are offered for successful client conversions.
  • Travelling is mandatory and non-negotiable. Please apply only if you are comfortable with frequent field visits.
  • All responsibilities listed are part of a single role – selective handling of tasks will not be permitted.
  • Adequate training, mentorship, and support will be provided.
