Approve, prioritize, and edit stories across various beats, ensuring top-quality output. Come up with appealing headlines which could potentially increase the overall website traffic. Handling end-to-end editorial process for the clients. Collaborate with other leads, editors, and writers to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines. Mentor and guide writers and editors, offering feedback and helping them grow in their roles. Leverage your 4-6 years of copy-editing experience to lead a team to success.
