Assistant Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Assistant Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and overall management of the preschool. Ideal age: below 45 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily preschool operations under the guidance of senior management
• Manage admissions process and conduct parent counselling
• Address and resolve parent queries promptly
• Assist in recruitment, training, and supervision of teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with academic standards
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Coordinate events, meetings, and preschool activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
