We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's mutual fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred, with a background in equity or related fields being advantageous.
