We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Supervise and guide a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving complaints and issues promptly.
