We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financial needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and improve processes. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing teams and driving business growth. Familiarity with BFSI regulations and compliance requirements.
