Assistant Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving business targets.
• Ensure business development with both direct and channel partners (IECCC) customers.
• Signing of all offers, Follow commercial policy and margin guidelines; seek approval of Business Heads(BH) in the case of any deviations.
• Follow system to ensure expenses are linked with returns booking and collections.
• Ensure staff expense sheets are checked and approved on a monthly basis backed by supporting docs - DRS, Customer visit reports etc.,
• Prepare weekly customer/date/engineer wise collection plan for the branch and circulate to all engineers for collection.
• Daily review with Engineers – work out contingency plan in the event of shortfalls (Ensure collection of payments and outstanding.
• Involvement in commercial activity – Pending order review / Monthly projections.
• Service Engineers FSR analysis.
• Meet customers to collect specific accounts.
• Have separate branch target for realization of current month billing.
• Maximise advance payments.
• Allocate specific targets for CRO/SCOs.
• Close monitoring of operation expenses.
• Strictly follow travel policy.
• Train & groom the Team.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 12-20 yrs of relevent experience.
