This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/Associate Professor of HR & Marketing located in Khorda. The individual will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing and implementing curriculum, conducting research, mentoring students, and engaging in departmental activities. The role also involves working on academic publications, participating in conferences, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the academic programs.
Qualifications
PhD in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA in HR or marketing is Required.Strong teaching, mentoring, and presentation skillsAbility to engage in departmental and university activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of academic publications and researchCommitment to student development and academic excellenceExperience in the educational sector is a plus,
