3. Preparation of Financial statement

4. Statutory, Tax and Transfer pricing Audit

5. Bank Audit and Audit of PSUs

6. Shares Valuation

7. ROC Compliances etc

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant at SVARAJ & Associates, located in Dwarka. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with audits, tax filings, financial analysis, accounting, and general administrative tasks. The role involves working closely with senior members of the firm and participating in various client engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles
• Understanding of Taxation and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience is a plus
