Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Articled Assistant role at M/s Anupam Sharma & Co. in Mumbai. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with statutory audits, internal audits, taxation matters, compliance tasks, project financing, and APO services. The role will involve hands-on experience in various accounting and finance functions.

Skill Requirements:

1.    Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and Taxation (Direct and Indirect).

2.    Basic understanding of Company Law and ROC compliances.

3.    Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.).

4.    Strong analytical and communication skills (Verbal & Non Verbal).

5.    Eagerness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.

Additional Details:

1.    Probation Period:

The selected candidate shall undergo a probation period of 15 days to assess suitability and commitment. This is in alignment with practical training best practices although not specifically mandated under ICAI regulations.

2.    Stipend:

As per Regulation 48 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the minimum monthly stipend payable for Patna (a City Other Than Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, and Kolkata) shall be:

a)    First year: ₹2,000

b)    Second year: ₹2,500

c)    Third year: ₹3,000

(Firms may pay a higher stipend at their discretion.)
