Ariba Procurement Consultant (Request To Receipt or R2R)

Full-time

1. Lead Request to Receipt (R2R) business requirements workshops, including Contract Compliance.
2. Lead in design and development of usage of document exchange (SAP Business Network a.k.a. Ariba Supplier Network) marketplace to suite documented business requirements.
3. Document commodity specific buying channels and prescribe buying channel decision matrix.
4. Document To-be processes (functional specifications document), at a Level 5, and help analyse As-is and To-be business processes to develop Fit-Gap document.
5. Work with various Architects to identify solutions to close the Solution gaps.
6. Lead in design and development of requirements traceability matrix and maintaining /updating it throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.
7. Support technical configurators in developing technical specifications document.
8. Support technical configurators in configuration of the application /solution.
9. Support in Design and Development of Supplier Enablement Strategy.
10. Support in Design and Development of Catalogue Management and Contract Compliance Management Strategy.
11. Support respective teams in executing supplier enablement and catalogue management /contract compliance management activities.
12. Support in design and development of data cleansing strategies and provide guidance to teams in performing data cleansing across in-scope data elements.
13. Support, via providing process /functional inputs in to, Integration design and development between SAP Ariba and SAP S4 HANA.
14. Support Test Manager in Design and Development of: (a) Test Strategy; (b) Test Scenario; (c) Test Scripts; (d) Test Plans; and (e) Testing Schedules.
15. Provide support in execution of the test plans /test schedules - system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
16. Lead test problem resolution activities coordinate with technical teams.
17. Lead in cut-over plan design and development, especially w.r.t. migration of the historical /WIP transaction data in to SAP Ariba.
18. Support in design and development of training strategy and training plan.
19. Support in train the trainer and key & end user training schedule development and strategy.
20. Lead in training the trainer tasks.
21. Lead in training material development for both key and end users.
22. Lead in cut-over plan execution.
23. Lead go-live process /functional activities.

Experience

1. Thorough knowledge of all modules of SAP Ariba right from Request to Receipt (R2R).
2. Thorough knowledge of R2R processes and experience in enabling them via various SAP Ariba modules.
3. Thorough knowledge of usage /configuration of Ariba Supplier Network (SAP Business Network).
4. Knowledge in integration of SAP Ariba with S4 HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
5. Strong documentation experience, across Contract Compliance, Requisitioning, Purchase Order, and Goods Receipts detailed at Level 5.
6. Experience in running, for global audience, global business process design sessions - espousing best practices at a functional level.
7. Global process playbook design and development and maintain /updating the playbook to accommodate regional /country roll-out of the solution.
8. Experience in supporting Supplier enablement, on ASN, and in Catalogue /Contract line content creation.
9. Experience in supporting Change Management and in supporting testing and training activities.
10. 10+ years in deploying SAP Ariba globally.
11. Financial Services Industry Knowledge is desired.
