Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, providing product demonstrations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development within the medical devices industry
• Strong knowledge of Cardiovascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, Interventional Cardiology, Dialysis and Respiratory Care, and Wound Care
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
