Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets set for the branches with desired product mix by ensuring 100% compliance within budgeted cost & yield
  • Leading a network of sales manager and multiple branches
  • Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
  • Handling business expansion and growth of the lending book of the area so as to achieve the topline and profitability goals
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive maximum number of business
  • Handling a team of Sales Managers and managing & motivating them
  • Assuring the proper sourcing of Home Loan & LAP business and maintain the 0% delinquency
  • Coordinating with the sales managers to ensure that they are able to respond proactively to the business issues and challenges by providing them with the required guidance and support
  • Assisting in & recommending tie-up with Builders for APF or otherwise
  • Develop & maintain tie-up with channel partners like DSA , Connectors and Referrals
  • Conducting marketing / sales promotional activities in the markets he/she is responsible for
  • Assuring excellent Team management and relationship with staff and customers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate must have Graduation or post-graduation degree
  • Candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience in Banking or NBFC specially from Home loan and LAP
  • Must have the ability to manage the team and channel partners
  • Knowledge of the area and the locality where to fund or not to be fund ( Negative and positive areas in terms of the individual and property as well
  • Collaborative style of work with a strong customer service outlook
