Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieving sales targets set for the branches with desired product mix by ensuring 100% compliance within budgeted cost & yield
Leading a network of sales manager and multiple branches
Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
Handling business expansion and growth of the lending book of the area so as to achieve the topline and profitability goals
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive maximum number of business
Handling a team of Sales Managers and managing & motivating them
Assuring the proper sourcing of Home Loan & LAP business and maintain the 0% delinquency
Coordinating with the sales managers to ensure that they are able to respond proactively to the business issues and challenges by providing them with the required guidance and support
Assisting in & recommending tie-up with Builders for APF or otherwise
Develop & maintain tie-up with channel partners like DSA , Connectors and Referrals
Conducting marketing / sales promotional activities in the markets he/she is responsible for
Assuring excellent Team management and relationship with staff and customers

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have Graduation or post-graduation degree
Candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience in Banking or NBFC specially from Home loan and LAP
Must have the ability to manage the team and channel partners
Knowledge of the area and the locality where to fund or not to be fund ( Negative and positive areas in terms of the individual and property as well
Collaborative style of work with a strong customer service outlook
