Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving regional sales targets and business growth in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Drive prescription generation and expand customer base through regular interactions with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
  • Organize CMEs, RTMs, and other promotional activities as per marketing strategy.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitor activities and share feedback with management.
  • Submit reports like daily sales, monthly reviews, and forecasting accurately and timely.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Pharma Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and relevant stake holders in the assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
