Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of the entire range of products in the assigned area.
  • Connecting with Distributors for business point of view or maintaining good relations.
  • Expending coverage by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework
  • Effective focus on new product launch/ relaunch to establish product in the market and achieve/ exceed defined sales target.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow ups with depot
  • Relationship building and coordination with dealers, distributers and retailer as well
  • Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority
  • Interim field force infrastructure building & Control

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have min 8 Yrs experience in FMCG Retail sales.
  • Good in analytical skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Age should be between 28 yrs- 40 yrs
