Area Sales Manager (ASM – Electronics)

Location: Field Work Across Goa

Job Summary:

Electronic Hub is hiring an experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and drive electronics/home appliance sales across multiple locations in Goa. This role requires a proactive sales leader who can handle dealer networks, motivate store teams, and deliver strong sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle field sales and dealer coordination across Goa
• Drive sales growth through new and existing dealer networks
• Supervise and support showroom sales teams to achieve targets
• Plan and implement local sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Analyze store performance and push team for better productivity
• Coordinate with brands for pricing, schemes, and stock management
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics or home appliance sales
• Experience in dealer management, retail sales, or working with brands
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Must be based in Goa or willing to travel extensively for field work

Job Type:

• Full-time
• Permanent

Work Schedule:

• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
• Field work & travel required across Goa

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
• Incentives based on team and sales performance
