Area Sales Executive

Full Job Description Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area, focusing on property sales, client relations, and achieving sales targets. They will work to generate leads, present properties to potential buyers, negotiate deals, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and converting them into sales. Client Visit: Offer direct client visit at their behest & provide detailed description of the schemes, so that an effective and proper subject conveyance is established. Client Management: Providing expert advice on property selection, conducting demos viewings, and ensuring client satisfaction. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients to finalize sales transactions. Sales Performance: Meeting and exceeding sales targets, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting on sales activities. Market Analysis and Reporting: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and preparing sales reports. Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with clients, other agents, and relevant stakeholders. Ability to handle Clients Excellent leadership and negotiation skill. Willingness to travel across the assigned region. Language proficiency in Malayalam and English. Preferred Qualifications Any Bachelor’s degree . Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
