Job Description

As an Architect at Town and City Developers (TNCD), you will play a crucial role in designing and planning architectural projects in Coimbatore. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with specifications, integrating various systems, and overseeing the execution of designs. Collaborating with clients and project teams, you will lead project management efforts to deliver high-quality projects on time. To excel in this role, you should bring expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Integration. Experience in Project Management and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams will be key to your success. Familiarity with Software Development related to architectural projects is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required for this position. Professional certification or licensure in Architecture would be beneficial.
