Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, creating detailed architectural designs, integrating different elements of design and construction, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Project Management skills to oversee and ensure successful project completion
• Experience in Software Development and Integration in relation to architectural projects
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with architectural design software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in residential and commercial project design is a plus
