We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team and contribute to the development of high-end residential projects.

Job Summary:

As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of architectural projects, particularly premium villas and luxury homes. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural designs, concepts, and layouts for residential and villa projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other architectural tools.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and site-specific factors.
• Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers.
• Prepare working drawings, 3D visuals, BOQs, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent and standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
• Assist in selecting materials and finishes aligned with luxury aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
• Licensed/Registered Architect.
• 2–5 years of experience in residential or luxury housing projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and material specifications.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Vastu principles (optional, based on client needs).
• Experience working with premium clients and luxury spaces.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday | [9am to 6 pm]
• Sunday: Weekly Off

Compensation:

• Salary: Based on experience and portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
