About Us:
We are Design Intent Studio, an architecture and interior design firm based in Dehradun. We specialize in residential and commercial spaces with an emphasis on thoughtful design and clean aesthetics. We are looking to expand our small but passionate team with a creative and dedicated female designer.

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will primarily work on architectural drawings, 3D modeling, space planning, and rendering presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and interior working drawings.
• Develop 3D models and rendering presentations using software.
• Support in space planning and conceptual design.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape , Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop.
• Strong design sense and technical knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a small team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture / Interior Design OR Diploma in Draftsmanship.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Work Environment:

• Female-friendly, in-office home workspace.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Based in Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.
