Job Title: Architect – Client Coordination & Production (Mid-Level, Female)Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated female Architect with 2 years of professional experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a flair for design communication and client coordination. This is a mid-level role focused on supporting architectural walkthrough projects, ensuring design intent is accurately conveyed from concept to visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the production team on architectural walkthrough and visualization projects
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand project design briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop conceptual layouts, CAD drawings, and SketchUp models for client presentations
• Provide design inputs and clarity to the 3D visualization team to maintain creative and technical alignment
• Translate architectural requirements and design concepts effectively into the 3D production pipeline
• Participate in internal and client-facing review sessions to ensure outcomes meet expectations and feedback is incorporated accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and client coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
• A keen eye for detail and passion for high-quality visual storytelling
