About the Role:

Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from potential Australian customers and set up appointments.
• Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to understand their needs and schedule consultations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure successful appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years

  of experience in an

  international call center

  (Inbound sales or customer service).
• Outstanding

  verbal communication skills

  in English with a neutral or global accent.
• Strong

  sales acumen

  with the ability to engage, persuade, and influence customers.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining call records.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
