Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our team at Haris&Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into qualified appointments by making calls, understanding client fit, and setting up brief meetings for the Business Development team. This role is critical in building our sales pipeline and increasing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
β Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing campaigns and outreach.
β Understand client needs and evaluate their fit for our services.
β Persuade and motivate potential clients to schedule brief meetings with the Business Development team.
β Maintain detailed records of call interactions and lead status in CRM.
β Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
β Collaborate with the BD team to ensure smooth transition after the appointment is set.
β Maintain a positive and professional communication style to build rapport with prospects. β Continuously improve calling scripts and techniques to enhance conversion rates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
β Proven persuasive and negotiation skills.
β Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital marketing channels.
β Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
β Goal-driven with a proactive attitude.
β Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
β Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
β Prior experience in cold-calling or appointment setting is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
β Prior experience in a similar outbound calling role.
β Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes.
β A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
