You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Conduct thorough analysis of client issues and provide accurate and efficient resolutions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support. Maintain a deep understanding of the system or application to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication technologies. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving wireless network issues. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies and platforms. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations.
