Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Document and maintain technical support processes.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.- Strong understanding of system and application troubleshooting.- Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization.- Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python or Shell.- Knowledge of network protocols and security measures. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
