Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer with expertise in SQL and .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications using SQL and .NET.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance application performance.
Develop and implement solutions to improve application reliability and scalability.
Analyze logs, debug code, and perform testing to identify root causes of issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide timely updates on issue resolution.
Continuously monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
