Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure timely resolution of application and system issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.- Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet SLAs.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.- Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes and procedures. Experience with Microsoft 365, Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues.- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in VMware Workspace ONE.- This position is based in Noida.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
