You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.- Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.- Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.- Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Management.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Asset Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
