Application Specialist

You will play a key role in bridging product development and commercialization- collaborating closely with R&D, production, and sensory teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test seasoning blends and food ingredient applications tailored for client-specific requirements
• Conduct

  sensory evaluation

  , formulation trials, and iterative optimizations
• Document prototypes, performance data, and sensory findings for internal and customer presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and quality assurance
• Contribute to new product development initiatives and proof-of-concept samples

What You'll Bring?

• 3–5 years of experience in

  seasoning or flavor application development

  , preferably in savory formats
• Strong understanding of

  functional food ingredients

  (HVPs, Yeast Extracts, Cheese Powders, etc.)
• Hands-on exposure to application formats like

  snacks, noodles, sauces, and bakery

• Sound knowledge of sensory science, stability studies, and basic food processing
• Excellent documentation and project coordination skills
